كوب رامين بالثوم الأسود بنكهة الدجاج

Opened this after a long day and the garlic scallion broth was exactly the savory comfort I needed. The umami depth is surprisingly rich for a cup ramen, and it stayed hot through the whole bowl.

Cozy night in, and this cup hit the spot — the black garlic broth is deep and savory without being too heavy, and the scallions add just enough freshness. It's become my go-to when I want something warm and quick.

The broth tastes like a slow-simmered chicken stock even though it's vegan, and the black garlic adds a deep, roasted sweetness that lingers nicely. The scallions stay crunchy right up to the last slurp, which makes the whole bowl feel surprisingly fresh. Exactly what I wanted for a quiet night in.
