I was pleasantly surprised by how rich the black garlic flavor is without being too heavy. The portion sizes feel generous for a quick lunch, and the miso one has just enough heat to keep things interesting.

The creamy chicken version has such a smooth, savory broth that really hits the spot on a cold evening. I was surprised how quickly it cooked up and the noodles had a nice chewy texture that didn’t get mushy. Definitely grabbing another box soon.
