The garlic hits right up front but settles into this warm, cozy umami that honestly feels like a hug in a bowl. I added extra scallions and it was the perfect end to a rainy evening.
The broth is deeply savory with that umami punch that makes the garlic and scallion flavors really stand out. It's the kind of bowl that warms you up completely on a chilly evening, and the noodles held up nicely without getting mushy. I've already got another pack on the way.
That broth was so rich and savory I caught myself sipping it straight from the bowl after the noodles were gone. The scallions and garlic come through perfectly without overpowering the umami, and it's genuinely the coziest thing I've had in weeks.
