That broth’s smoothness really surprised me—the heat creeps in slow but the miso keeps it rich instead of harsh. I was scraping the cup for every last drop, which I rarely do.
The umami hits hard right away, and that spicy kick lingers just enough without burning. The broth feels smooth and rich, not gritty like some instant ramens I've tried.
That smooth, balanced heat sneaks up on you—one minute it's rich and mellow, the next there's a nice tingle. The umami really lingers on the tongue. Perfect for a cold evening when you want something comforting with a little spice.
