Slurped this down under the patio fan and it genuinely cooled me off while heating me up at the same time. The citrus comes through right at the end, bright and clean, and the lemongrass isn't shy at all.

The lemongrass and chili hit is just right—bright and zesty without burning my mouth. Cooked up in four minutes and the citrus note made the whole bowl feel fresh, perfect for a quick lunch.

Slurped this on a hot afternoon and the chili-lime kick cooled me right down, somehow. Broth is zesty without being heavy, perfect for when you want something bright but filling. Wish I’d bought two packs.
